At ROVER CAPSULE HOUSES, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your capsule house purchase. Below is an overview of our refund and return policy:

- Capsule houses can be returned within 90 from  delivery.

Refund Process

- If the capsule house is in its original condition, we'll process a refund of 90% of the purchase price.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the capsule house is defective or damaged.

- Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.
